RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not provide any refund or exchange unless in the event of defects or wrong item despatched.

In the unlikely event of  receiving a defect item, please email us at shop@latched.comwithin 3 working days together with your order number and indicate the item and reason you wish to return.  We will process your request within 3 working days.

Returns are not accepted for: lingerie, orders made with sale discount codes, voucher codes from reward points redemption and sale items.

Send your return item to us via traceable modes. We will not be responsible for any lost mail. All delivery fees shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that all returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Latched reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.

Please note that all returned item(s) should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Latched reserves the right not to process any return item(s) that are received in unsatisfactory conditions, or lost in the mailing process.
